Peter Hirschfeld

President

Peter Hirschfeld brings over 25 years of experience to the technology driven and customer aligned team at Personal Computer Resources. He has extensive experience in providing networked solutions to a variety of customers, both large and small. Mr. Hirschfeld holds various sales and engineering certifications from Microsoft, Symantec and other key technology providers.

Prior to Personal Computer Resources, Mr. Hirschfeld was Vice President of Operations at Versyss Corporation, a leading developer and support provider of vertical software solutions. Mr. Hirschfeld was also Director of Business Operations in the Networking/Information Products Division at LTX Corporation, a manufacturer of semiconductor test equipment. Mr. Hirschfeld began his high tech career in 1980 at Honeywell Information Systems.

Since 1995, Mr. Hirschfeld has been CEO and President of Personal Computer Resources.

Mark Dolan

Vice President of Sales

With nearly 15 years of technology sales and sales force management experience, Mark Dolan leads the sales effort at PCR as Vice President of Sales. After graduating from Babson College in Wellesley, Massachusetts with a double major in Economics and Marketing, Mark joined a local telecommunications provider and played in integral role in growing the company into a national provider and from 30 employees to over 1000. Mark traveled extensively along the East Coast, was consistently among the top producing salespeople, and held various positions of increasing responsibility, including Major Account Management and Sales Management.

In addition to managing countless technology projects of various sizes for our growing client base, Mark has continued to expand our technical service and support offerings through vendor relationships with Microsoft, Citrix, Dell, SonicWALL and Hewlett Packard.

Mark is a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), a Microsoft Certified Small Business Specialist, and a Certified Symantec Sales Professional (SSP).

Mark LaFond

Vice President of Technical Services

Mark LaFond leads the PCR Network Engineering Team and oversees the technical implementation of all PCR projects. As Vice President of Technical Services, Mr. LaFond has been instrumental in developing client support offerings and providing pre-sales analysis and post sale delivery of all support services. Mark has over 20 years of hands on systems engineering and management experience. He has designed and implemented client solutions that are based on proven technologies from top tier vendors, including Microsoft, Cisco, Citrix, SonicWALL and Symantec.

Prior to joining the PCR team, Mark was a lead Product Manager for the flagship EDM backup solution at EMC Corporation. Mark received his Bachelor's Degree from Villanova University with concentrations in both Math and Computer Science.
